  • 1 cup mixed dried fruits (raisins, currants, sultanas)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)


  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
